Managing your customers
The Customers page is your address book of recipients and senders. Saving customers speeds up order creation and gives you a per-customer delivery history.
The customer list
Open the Customers page to see everyone you've delivered to, with their contact details and saved addresses. Use search to find a customer by name or phone.

Customers are created automatically as you add orders, or you can add them manually ahead of time. Each customer gets a sequential customer number for easy reference.
Saved addresses
A customer can have multiple saved addresses — home, office, warehouse. When you create an order, pick a saved address instead of retyping it, which reduces errors and speeds up data entry.
Customer history
Open a customer to see their full order history and activity timeline: every order, status change, and delivery tied to that customer in one place.

This is useful for support calls — when a recipient asks about a delivery, you can see their entire relationship with your operation at a glance.
Customer data belongs to your company only. Eltaman isolates every company's data at the database layer, so no other tenant can ever see your customers.
