Notifications and the public tracking page

Keep your team and your customers informed automatically. Eltaman sends notifications over Telegram, SMS, and email, and gives every recipient a live tracking page.

Notification channels

Configure channels under Settings → Notifications:

  • Telegram — the primary channel, used for driver and dispatcher alerts. Drivers can also operate entirely from the Telegram bot.
  • SMS — bring your own provider key (for example Eskiz in Uzbekistan, or BudgetSMS internationally). You supply the API key; Eltaman sends the message through your account.
  • Email — transactional email over SMTP for confirmations and updates.

SMS is bring-your-own-key by design: you stay in control of your sender identity and per-message cost, and no message is sent through a provider you haven't configured.

The public tracking page

Every order has a public tracking page at app.eltaman.com/track/<tracking-number>. Share the link with your recipient and they see:

  • The current order status.
  • A live map with the driver's position and ETA while the parcel is out for delivery.
  • Proof-of-delivery photos once the parcel is delivered.

The tracking page is anonymous and read-only — recipients don't need an account, and they only ever see their own order.

On white-label plans the tracking page carries your logo, colors, and domain, so customers see your brand rather than ours.

Public booking

You can also publish a booking form at app.eltaman.com/book/<slug> where customers enter their own delivery details. Orders arrive in your dashboard ready to dispatch — no copying from chat messages.
