This guide covers configuring your company, branding the experience for customers, and understanding how plans and limits work.
Company settings
Open Settings to configure your company profile: name, contact details, default language, and operational options such as the hub-pickup mode and whether barcode scanning is mandatory at delivery.
Eltaman ships with six interface languages — English, Russian, Uzbek (Latin and Cyrillic), Arabic, and Kazakh — so every member of your team can work in their own language.
Branding
On plans that include white-label, upload your logo and set your brand colors. Your branding then appears on the public tracking page and booking forms, so your customers see your identity rather than Eltaman's.
Plans and limits
Each plan sets a monthly order allowance, a driver cap, and an API rate limit:
- Free — $0, a 30-day trial with every feature unlocked.
- Starter — $29/mo, for small teams getting organized.
- Professional — $79/mo, for growing operations (zone pricing, hub network, white-label tracking).
- Business — $149/mo, for high volume.
- Enterprise — $299/mo, for large-scale logistics.
- Enterprise Plus — negotiated pricing for unlimited volume and white-glove service.
There are no per-order fees on any plan — pricing is a flat monthly rate. You can compare plans in detail on the pricing section of our site.
Only the company owner can change the plan or billing details. Admins manage everything else.
