The driver mobile app: accept, deliver, prove
Drivers do their work in the Eltaman Driver app (Android today, iOS soon) or through the Telegram bot. This guide covers inviting a driver and how they run a route.
Inviting a driver
Open the Drivers page and add a driver with their name and phone number. Set their sign-in credentials and share them. The driver installs the app from the Play Store — or opens the Telegram bot — and signs in.

The app is offline-first: it caches the day's route locally and keeps working when the signal drops, then syncs automatically once the connection returns. It runs comfortably on inexpensive Android phones.
Working a route
Once you dispatch a route to a driver, it appears in their app. The driver:
- Accepts the route.
- Drives to each stop in sequence, with turn-by-turn navigation.
- Marks each item picked up or delivered, or records a failure with a reason.

Proof of delivery
At a delivery stop the driver captures proof of delivery — a photo and/or a signature. One photo covers all items at the stop. At a pickup stop the same screen is labeled Proof of Pickup.

Accepted proof file types are JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, and PDF, up to 10 MB each.
Barcode scanning
If you turn on mandatory scanning in company settings, the driver must scan each successful item's barcode before capturing proof. When a barcode is damaged or unreadable, the driver taps Can't scan?, picks a reason, and marks the item manually — the override is recorded in the order's history.
If every item at a stop fails, no proof photo is required — the driver records a failure reason and an optional note instead.
