Getting started: your first delivery in 5 steps

Welcome to Eltaman. This guide takes you from a brand-new account to your first dispatched delivery in five steps. The whole setup takes about ten minutes.

1. Create your company account

Go to the sign-up page and register with your email. The first person to sign up becomes the owner of the company — the account with full control over settings, billing, and team members.

Your 30-day free trial starts immediately, with every feature unlocked and no credit card required.

2. Understand the roles

Eltaman has five roles. You will mostly work with the first four:

• Owner — full access, including billing and company settings. There is one owner per company.
• Admin — everything the owner can do except billing.
• Dispatcher — plans routes, assigns drivers, and tracks deliveries.
• Driver — uses the mobile app to accept stops, deliver, and capture proof.

Invite teammates from Settings → Team, choosing the right role for each person. You can change a role at any time.

3. Add your first driver

Open the Drivers page and add a driver with their name and phone number. The driver installs the Eltaman Driver app (Android today, iOS soon) or connects through the Telegram bot, then signs in with the credentials you set.

A driver with no active route simply sees an empty screen — that is normal until you dispatch work to them.

4. Create an order

Open the Orders page and create your first order: the pickup and delivery addresses, the recipient's name and phone, and at least one item. This is the unit of work that gets dispatched to a driver.

5. Dispatch it

Open the Dispatch page, select your order, and either Generate Routes (build optimized draft routes for later) or Dispatch Now (assign to a live driver immediately). Confirm, and the driver is notified instantly through the app or Telegram.
